[ RETURN & REFUND]


✧ THE PRINCIPLE

At Stardust Arcade, each piece is a physical echo of an inner star. If the material form does not resonate with your frequency, we facilitate its return to the forge.

✧ 30-DAY OBSERVATION

You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. After this window, the synchronization is considered permanent.

✧ ELIGIBILITY & CONDITION

To ensure a successful return, the item must remain in its unworn, pristine, and original "Stardust" state.

>Condition: Unworn or unused, with all original tags attached.

>Packaging: Must be returned in the original Stardust Arcade packaging (the vessel of the signal).

>Proof: A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

>Note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return via echo@thestardustarcade.com will not be accepted.

✧ NON-RETURNABLE FRAGMENTS (EXCEPTIONS)

To maintain the integrity of our co-creation process, certain items cannot be returned:

Custom & Lab Pieces: Items with personalized engravings, special orders, or unique Lab Co-creation products are forged specifically for you and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Sale Items & Gift Cards: Final sales cannot be reversed.

✧ THE PROCESS

  1. Initiate: Contact the forge at echo@thestardustarcade.com.
  2. Authorization: If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and detailed instructions.
  3. Return Address: We will provide the return address after reaching a consensus.

✧ DAMAGES & DISCREPANCIES

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If the item is defective, damaged, or the wrong "frequency" (incorrect item), contact us immediately. We will calibrate the issue and make it right.

✧ EXCHANGES

The swiftest way to align with a new piece is to return the current item. Once the return is accepted, you may initiate a separate purchase for the new fragment.

✧ EUROPEAN UNION 14-DAY COOLING OFF

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. The item must still meet the Unworn & Original Packaging requirements stated above.

✧ REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, the refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your financial institution to process the signal.
