Welcome to Stardust Arcade. Throughout this site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Stardust Arcade. By accessing our "Services" (including this website, our tools, and the physical fragments we forge), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
Please read these terms carefully. They constitute a binding agreement between you (the Observer) and the Forge. If you do not agree to these terms, you should cease synchronization with our Services immediately.
SECTION 1 - ELIGIBILITY & ACCOUNT
Age: By using this site, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction.
Account Security: You are the sole guardian of your account credentials. All activities occurring under your identity are your responsibility.
Data Accuracy: You warrant that all information provided (email, shipping, etc.) is current and complete.
SECTION 2 - THE MATERIAL & THE VIRTUAL (PRODUCTS)
Visual Representation: We strive for absolute accuracy, but the digital rendering of colors and textures may vary across different screens. We cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be perfectly accurate.
Availability: We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any product or discontinue any "fragment" at our sole discretion without prior notice.
SECTION 3 - THE FORGING PROCESS (ORDERS)
Order Acceptance: Your order is an offer to purchase. A contract is only formed when we send a confirmation of shipment. We reserve the right to decline any order for any reason.
Personal Use: Purchases are for personal use only. Commercial resale or unauthorized export of Stardust Arcade products is strictly prohibited.
SECTION 4 - PRICING & TRIBUTES
Adjustments: Prices are subject to change without notice. The price at the moment of order placement is final.
External Costs: Unless stated otherwise, prices do not include local taxes, customs duties, or international shipping fees.
Payment: You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided and that all charges will be honored by your financial institution.
SECTION 5 - TRANSIT & RISK
Shipping: Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.
Transfer of Risk: Once the product is handed to the carrier, the title and the risk of loss pass to you. We are not liable for delays caused by customs or carriers beyond our control.
SECTION 6 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY (THE BLUEPRINT)
Ownership: All designs, text, graphics, and the "Stardust Arcade" brand are protected by international intellectual property laws.
Restricted Use: You may use the Services for personal, non-commercial use only. You shall not reproduce, modify, or distribute our creative assets without express written consent from the Forge.
SECTION 7 - COMMUNITY FEEDBACK & CO-CREATION
License: If you submit ideas, reviews, or "Lab" proposals (Feedback), you grant Stardust Arcade a perpetual, royalty-free license to use and manifest those ideas in any medium.
Integrity: You warrant that your feedback does not violate any third-party rights or contain malicious code.
SECTION 8 - AGENTIC AI & PROHIBITED CONDUCT
Prohibited Actions: You shall not use the Services for unlawful purposes, to infringe on others' rights, or to transmit viruses.
AI Agents: Any autonomous software (Agents) interacting with this site must identify itself in the user-agent string as Agent/[name] and must not attempt to circumvent CAPTCHAs or mimic human behavior to bypass security.
SECTION 9 - LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY STATED, OUR SERVICES AND PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED 'AS IS'. In no event shall Stardust Arcade or Shopify be liable for any indirect, incidental, or punitive damages (including lost profits or data) arising from your use of the Forge.
SECTION 10 - GOVERNING LAW
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Stardust Arcade is headquartered. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of that territory.
